Art of gluten-free bread making class offered at the Bonifas

If you’ve ever wanted to learn to bake gluten-free bread, now is your chance – and it doesn’t have to feel like punishment or lacking in nutrition. If you have to be gluten-free, sometimes all you wish is to eat a sandwich – and you want it to taste like real bread, not sawdust!

To make that wish come true, artisanal baker Mike Berg is making fresh, delicious and nutritional gluten-free bread.

This class will outfit you with the tools, recipes, and know-how to confidently bake gluten-free in your own kitchen. Join this class and enjoy the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread and lively conversation with like-minded people. The best part – there will be delectable samples!

The gluten-free bread making class, for those 12 years of age and up, is on Thursday, Sept. 20 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The fee is $15 per class for members or $18 for non-members. This class fills up quickly, so sign up soon to ensure your spot.
