The multimedia permanent art collection of the Bonifas Arts Center now can be viewed online.

The collection and details about each piece, such as dimensions, can be viewed at by clicking the link listed under “gallery.”

“A lot of volunteers have been working hard on the permanent collection—photographing it, making sure it’s in good condition, and creating this online catalogue—and we’re grateful,” said Pasqua Warstler, Bonifas artistic director.

The catalogue is an ongoing project, with additional pieces and details to be added, said Sue Roll, Bonifas business director.

All pieces were donated, said Roll. The Bonifas displays some in the arts center and will display more at a fall exhibit, she said.

In addition, works from the current “The Inspiring U.P.” exhibit are featured in the catalogue, allowing viewers to see these online, learning which are for sale and their cost, said Roll.

Anyone interested in donating can call 906-786-3833, as can anyone with additional information about permanent collection pieces catalogued online.
