REGISTRATION: Culinary Arts: What’s Cookin’?
Kombucha, a centuries-old sweet, tart, health-boosting alternative to soda, is a fermented tea with probiotic and antioxidant benefits, said Lori Geiger, who will teach the class with Cathi Knauf.
Participants will taste samples, receive tea start-up materials to use at home, and gain step-by-step practical directions for at-home baking and brewing.
