Suzi Banks Baum, author, artist, and teacher, will lead “Powder Keg” writing and art workshops Aug. 10 and 11 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Bonifas Arts Center studio.
Banks Baum aims to inspire participants with easy art techniques and liberating writing methods to use fresh language in personal narrative writing, drawing from experience and experimenting with voice, generating and sharing writing that can fuel memoir, creative non-fiction, fiction, or poetry, and building skills to nurture a daily writing practice.
