The Bonifas Arts Center welcomes children and adults to stop by the studio during business hours to use free art supplies as part of the “Out of the (Bonifas) Box” program.

Each week, all summer, new materials will be available—soon to include textured paper, music-note paper, and new types of paint—as well as project ideas, though participants can create whatever they wish, choosing from traditional supplies and “unusual found objects,” said Corinne Haberstich, Bonifas education coordinator.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. All summer, the Bonifas will be open Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
