Barre is an excellent full body workout that will stretch and strengthen your muscles and tendons. This class will also help improve your balance and stability. The best part, you never have to lay on the ground and do a sit up. You'll leave feeling relaxed and toned. Attendants may bring light weights or wrist/cuff weights and/or stretch bands but these items are not necessary.
