The Bonifas Arts Center and 4-H SPIN Clubs are bringing back this popular program to help you raise your kids as enthusiastic cooks and healthy eaters. This year we are launching a new curriculum based on INTERNATIONAL CUISINE! Through foods, we will travel to Italy, Ethiopia, Russia, China, Poland and explore the Native American heritage. Integral parts of the program are basics of nutrition, kitchen tools and techniques, hands on food preparation, food safety, presentation and use of utensils. Each class will include the tasting of the prepared meal while practicing table manners. Kids from all local schools are welcome – this is a great after school program with built in snack and fun learning! DON’T MISS THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE YOUR CHILDREN LEARN TO COOK AND TO EAT HEALTHY!
Student fee: $50 (series only) per student, 4-H participation fees included
