Exercise your whole body and work on joint flexibility and muscle strength from head to toe while seated! For those who are able we will work on balance while standing. Move to the steady rhythms from the 40s and 50s and enjoy the benefits - both uplifting and relaxing!
Exercise teacher with almost 50 years, Betty Wagner had taught gym, aerobics, senior exercise and dancing and is familiar face to many at the Escanaba and Bark River Senior Centers, Bonifas Arts Center and YMCA. She is an inspiring example of what exercise can do for you!
