During these stressful and contentious times of pandemic, political and economic tension experienced meditation instructor Gene Schlueter is bringing back this well-timed course to promote personal growth and help you fight stress and anxiety from the comfort and safety of your home. This course can help individuals with racing thoughts, insomnia, high blood pressure, anxiety, curiosity into the workings of their own personal mind to promote mental wellbeing. The five-week course (meets once a week) is based upon an ancient Buddhist tradition of meditation practice pairing Samatha (mind calming) with Vipassana (insight). It is a cumulative course with each class building on the knowledge acquired from the previous classes.
No previous meditation experience is necessary and the class is suitable for beginners. This course is challenging while at the same time informative and empowering. We hope to see you there. Namaste.
