The Bonifas Arts Center and MSU Extension 4-H Programs are bringing back our popular cooking program to help your kids become enthusiastic cooks and healthy eaters. This fall we are launching a new pilot series - live on ZOOM, in your kitchen. Purchase the supplies, wash your hands and have your tools ready to cook an omelet, a salad and a Monte Cristo. Integral parts of the program are basics of nutrition, kitchen tools and techniques, hands on food preparation, food safety, and use of utensils. Each class will conclude with the tasting of the prepared food (and can be part of your family dinner!). Kids from any location are welcome. DON’T MISS THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE YOUR CHILDREN LEARN TO COOK AND TO EAT HEALTHY!
NOTE: You have to download and be ready to use ZOOM, purchase the supplies according to the supply list and be ready in your kitchen. We will send you the ZOOM link and supplies/recipe in your email upon registration. Taking part in this program qualifies youth to become a member of the Delta County 4-H Program. You will be sent a link to register as 4-H member. One that registration is complete, you will be sent a link for the program.
