What To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our instructors. Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted below. You will work at your own station, with your own equipment. Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. If you have a food allergy, please check with the Bonifas before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Make and Take-Spanakopita
Bring some new flavors home while learning how to make the delicious Greek dish Spanakopita. We'll show you how to use the delicate layers of phyllo dough, feta cheese, spinach and other ingredients to layer together a meal that will transport you to the Greek Isles. By the end of the class, you'll have a delicious meal with instructions on how to reheat everything at home.
