What’s Cookin’?, is BACK! This series of cooking demonstrations are designed to bring out your artistry in the kitchen. Each session includes step-by-step demonstrations in the kitchen and delectable samples in the gallery. Some of our chefs like to engage the audience in demonstrations. Viewers leave with a list of tips and recipes in hand and a smile on their faces. A questions & answers period will follow demonstrations. These sessions fill up fast so sign up now to ensure your spot! If you prefer to join the class from the comfort of your kitchen, it will be streamed online, live using ZOOM platform. You can still interact with the instructor and follow along. Buy the ingredients, print the instructions (can download from our website), and be ready to ask questions as you cook with your instructor!

Jan. 5 - Sky High Biscuits with Dale Ecklid   

Learning how to make flaky, sky-high biscuits is easy when you know the tricks of the trade! Follow along as instructor Dale Ecklid shows you easy tricks and tips to make biscuits that are sure to please even the most discerning palette. Dale is a retired pastor and mechanic who has loved baking since a child.

Feb. 2 - Practical Guide to Sushi with Dennis Dufek
Martial arts guru, artist, and chef, Dennis Dufek, will be showing how to make this very healthy, light and delicious food, as well as will advise on best places to obtain the highest quality ingredients. A demonstration on how to use chop-sticks will be included along with sampling the Sushi.

Mar. 2 - Chinese Chicken Stew with Dale Ecklid
Learn how to make a flavorful and exciting Chinese stew with Dale Ecklid! Dapanjie is a traditional stew from the Xingjiang region of China and is full of spices and tradition. This stew is easy to make, but it is sure to wow your friends and family with it’s complex flavors. Dale spent two years in China teaching English at a university and fell in love with the food and culture of the area.

Apr. 6 - Lovely Scones with Lisette LaFave
Lisette returns to teach us how to create a tasty scone recipe that can be used as a base for a number of different flavored scones. Lisette is our youngest instructor and she infuses fun and energy into all the classes she teaches!
