What’s Cookin’?, is BACK! This series of cooking demonstrations are designed to bring out your artistry in the kitchen. Each session includes step-by-step demonstrations in the kitchen and delectable samples in the gallery. Some of our chefs like to engage the audience in demonstrations. Viewers leave with a list of tips and recipes in hand and a smile on their faces. A questions & answers period will follow demonstrations. These sessions fill up fast so sign up now to ensure your spot! If you prefer to join the class from the comfort of your kitchen, it will be streamed online, live using ZOOM platform. You can still interact with the instructor and follow along. Learn how to make a flavorful and exciting Chinese stew with Dale Ecklid! Dapanjie is a traditional stew from the Xingjiang region of China and is full of spices and tradition. This stew is easy to make, but it is sure to wow your friends and family with it’s complex flavors. Dale spent two years in China teaching English at a university and fell in love with the food and culture of the area.
