Yoga creates calm and peace in the mind, as well as working the physical body. Strength, flexibility and balance are improved as yoga practice progresses. Students leave class feeling like they have gotten a great workout, while also feeling fully energized. They will also feel at peace with a settled mind and spirit.
Our Bonifas yoga class will begin with meditation, and flow into a vinyasa style class, ending with shavasana at the end. Shavasana is the finishing yoga pose, it is the place we are recharged and find calm. All levels are welcome, beginners to advanced. Modifications will be shown for poses so every BODY can achieve the benefits from yoga. The class does not build from week to week so students can begin at any time. Walk ins are always welcome.
